At first, my passion for Economics and Finance stemmed from a desire to understand the dynamics shaping the world. That’s why, after graduation, I moved to Munich and joined PIMCO, renowned for its top-down investment approach. However, over time, I realized that while analyzing investments was intellectually stimulating, it wasn’t enough for me. I wanted to make a tangible impact on the world. 

Driven by this ambition, I relocated to London to join Alcentra, a boutique specialised in private credit. There, I played a key role in raising €6B+ for their European Direct Lending strategy. Later, I joined Man Group’s Private Markets division (Man GPM) as a Director in their London headquarters. In this role, I collaborated with institutional investors worldwide, ranging from family offices to sovereign wealth funds. Most recently, I managed a portfolio of €200M+ for UHNWI at BPER Banca Private Cesare Ponti in Milan. Working at a large bank while being close to entrepreneurs, I saw firsthand the challenges of accessing funding, particularly for fast-growing businesses.

All these experiences have shaped my decision to join Imagine You Know. My goal is to combine generating returns for our investors with empowering early-stage startups - companies that are just beginning, but have the potential to drive systemic change and progress in the future.

Outside of work, I tend to be a sport freak - during the week, I am a yoga enthusiast and a tennis addict, over the weekends I’m always on the lookout for the best kite spots in summer and the finest ski slopes in winter!
